HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time depends on the product and destination. Estimated delivery information is shown during checkout when available. Because some products ship through fulfillment partners, international orders may take longer and carrier or customs delays can occur.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When tracking becomes available, we’ll email the tracking link to the address used at checkout. Tracking can take several days to update after dispatch.

CAN ITEMS IN ONE ORDER ARRIVE SEPARATELY?
Yes. Products may be fulfilled by different partners and can arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional standard shipping when this happens.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened cosmetics and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Review our Refund Policy for complete details.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Email beautyessentials@aloumia.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving approval and return instructions.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Email beautyessentials@aloumia.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

HOW SHOULD I TEST A NEW SKINCARE PRODUCT?
Patch-test topical products on a small area before full use. Follow the directions on the product page and packaging, avoid direct eye contact, and stop use if irritation occurs.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact beautyessentials@aloumia.com as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
